Faith Builder Technologies, LLC ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy and protects your data through secure infrastructure and transparent policies.

• Account Data: name, email, hashed password.
• Usage Data: devotional topics, Study Plans, favorites, notes, chat history.
• Voice Data: if you use voice features, your speech and generated audio are processed by our voice provider in real time to deliver the feature.
• AI Memory (optional): if you enable memory, we store short AI-generated notes from your conversations to personalize the App. You can disable this in Settings or request deletion at any time.
• Technical Data: browser type, device, anonymized IP.
• Payment Data: processed by Stripe; we never store card details.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

To provide and personalize services, improve features, send optional devotional emails, and respond to support requests.

We never sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising.

Data is stored on Base44 (U.S.) servers with HTTPS/TLS encryption.

Access restricted to authorized administrators under confidentiality agreements.

Essential cookies support authentication and performance.

Anonymous analytics (Google Analytics / Base44 telemetry) may be used to enhance UX.

Disable cookies to opt out; some features may degrade.

Integrations include:

• OpenAI and Anthropic (for AI responses and backup voice audio)
• ElevenLabs (for voice narration, voice conversation, and speech recognition)
• API.Bible / Biblica (for Scripture)
• Stripe (for payments)

Each provider follows its own privacy policy and data protections.

We retain data while your account is active. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days unless law requires otherwise.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data; export a copy; or withdraw consent by emailing mitch@faithbuilder.ai.

Faith Builder AI operates in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to U.S. data transfer and storage.

We may update this Policy periodically; significant changes will be announced via email or in-app notification.
