By creating an account or using Faith Builder AI ("the App," "the Service," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not access or use the App.

Users must be at least 16 years old (or of digital consent age in their jurisdiction).

Faith Builder AI is a digital faith companion offering Scripture-based devotionals, Study Plans, and AI-assisted reflections.

It draws primarily from WELS Lutheran doctrine with optional denominational settings.

It does not provide licensed mental-health, medical, or legal advice.

Faith Builder AI delivers spiritual guidance via automated language models.

Responses are not a substitute for pastoral care, therapy, or professional counseling.

If you are in crisis, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (U.S.) or local emergency services.

Faith Builder AI is currently in Early Access (Beta).

Features may change or reset without notice; data may be modified during updates.

You are responsible for your credentials and activity.

Use secure passwords and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails from us, such as release announcements, service notices, and account-related messages. Optional content emails — such as Daily Encouragement and summaries — are sent only if you opt in, and every such email includes a way to opt out.

You agree not to:

• Upload or transmit harmful, illegal, or defamatory content.
• Harass, impersonate, or mislead others.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape Faith Builder AI's code or prompts.

We may remove content or terminate access to preserve community integrity.

All original content, designs, themes (e.g., Bethlehem Light, Pentecost Fire), and code belong to Faith Builder Technologies, LLC.

Bible translations are the property of their respective publishers and are used under license. The Christian Standard Bible® (Holman Bible Publishers), New American Standard Bible® (The Lockman Foundation), and New King James Version® (Thomas Nelson) are provided under license through API.Bible.

You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works (including audio) from licensed translation text beyond personal, non-commercial use within the App.

Reproduction or redistribution requires written consent.

You retain ownership of your notes and reflections.

By saving content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it solely to operate the Service.

You may delete your data at any time.

Faith Builder AI is currently in early access. All features available to you during early access are provided at no charge, and no payment method is collected.

Paid subscription tiers (including Plus access) are planned for a future release. Pricing and payment terms will be announced before any charges apply, and use of a paid tier will require your explicit agreement at that time.

You may close your account any time.

We may suspend for misuse or legal reasons.

Sections on IP, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

The Service is provided "as is." No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use at your own risk.

Faith Builder Technologies, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or emotional distress.

Governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Williamson County, Texas.
